Key Responsibilities - Territory Manager

Promote and Sell Products:

·        Detail and promote the product range to healthcare professionals including doctors, nutritionists, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders.

·        Educate current & potential customers on the benefits, usage, and clinical evidence supporting our products.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

·        Monitor market trends, competitors' products, and activities.

·        Identify new business opportunities to increase sales.

·        Provide feedback to the management on market insights, challenges, and opportunities.

Build and Maintain Relationships:

·        Develop and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.

·        Organize and conduct product training sessions, seminars, and other promotional events.

Meet Sales Targets:

·        Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets by robust planning and execution of assigned marketing strategies.

·        Report on sales activities, prospects, and challenges to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.

Administration and Reporting:

·        Maintain up-to-date records of contacts, potential leads, and customer feedback using CRM software.

·        Submit timely and accurate work report, sales reports, expense reports, and any other required paperwork.

Qualifications & Experience:

·        Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Business, Marketing, or related field.

·        Previous experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales is an advantage.

·        Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, preferably within the nutraceutical segment.

·        Proficiency in common digital tools like Google, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp etc.
